A Nutter Ferry good weekend at Flatirons – September, 2011
Flatirons Kennel Club
Boulder County Fairgrounds
Longmont, CO
Saturday & Sunday, September 17 & 18
Karen Nutter’s Portuguese Water Dog Ferry earned her UDX2, OM2, and had the High Combined Score of Utility and Open B Classes on Sunday. The UDX2 is Ferry‘s second Utility Dog Excellent Title, which means she’s qualified in both Open B and Utility B on the same day 20 times. The OM is an Obedience Masters and is added after a dog’s name when it has earned a total of 200 OM points awarded to dogs earning a 190 or better from the Open B and Utility B classes based on the schedule of points established by the AKC Board of Directors. Ferry has done this TWICE!!!
Ferry scored:
2nd Place in Utility B on Saturday
1st Place on Sunday in Utility B
2nd Place on Sunday in Open B
Another of Karen Nutter’s Portuguese Water Dogs Yacht earned 2 Rally legs in Rally Novice B and Karen learned a “Yacht” about her dog in that class: She says they have more work to do before they go back in the ring for obedience.
